- timer.py: MySQL returns timezone-naive datetimes; wrap occurred_at
with _utc() before arithmetic against datetime.now(timezone.utc) to
avoid TypeError on compute_block_elapsed / compute_break_elapsed.
This was causing a 500 on GET /api/dashboard/{token} for any child
with an active session, preventing schedule templates from loading.
- children.js: after regenerateToken, also update activeChild so it
doesn't hold a stale tv_token reference. Also sync activeChild on
fetchChildren re-fetch so navigation after token regen picks up the
new token immediately.

Sends alerts to a configurable Ntfy topic on: new user registration,
account lockout after 5 failed login attempts, and login attempts on an
already-locked account. Fire-and-forget — never raises if Ntfy is down.
Configure via NTFY_URL and NTFY_TOKEN in .env.

Reset clears the current block's elapsed time to zero and immediately
starts the timer. A shared compute_block_elapsed() utility (utils/timer.py)
handles the elapsed calculation in both the sessions and dashboard routers,
and correctly treats "reset" events as zero-elapsed restart markers so
page reloads after a reset show accurate times.
Layout: Start/Pause/Resume/Reset are grouped on the left; End Day sits
on the right via justify-content: space-between.
